International Youth Camp "Lazurny-2010"

Annually Ministry of Education of Nizhny Novgorod region together with organization “Sportjugend” NRW holds International Youth Camp “Lazurny” for young people (16-20 years old) from more than 14 countries of the world.

The main idea of these youth meetings is to overcome stereotypes and prejudices about each other and to build bridges of friendship between the representatives of different nations. In the period from July 21 till August 3, 2010 seventeenth anniversary International Youth Camp “Lazurny-2010” will take place in Russian Federation, Nizhny Novgorod region, Youth Center “Lazurny”. We invite the representatives from partner organizations from Germany, Italy, Finland, the Ukraine, Republic of Belarus, Spain, Israel, Poland, Latvia, China, Serbia, Russia, Sweden, Abkhazia, Turkey and other countries to join the project. We believe that a new season will bring again successful cooperation between young people as well as a lot of positive emotions and new experience in communication of youngsters from different countries of the world. Traditionally the concept and the programme of a new season will be designed and realized by Russian-German Team.

National groups should consist of 10 persons: 9 participants at the age from 16 till 20 years old and а group leader. There is gender balance in your groups - half boys and half girls.

The participants of the camp should possess the following qualities: active life position (being able to share opinions and views, organize different kinds of activities), creativity, be good at dancing, singing, handicrafts, debating or any kind of sport and of course have a good command of English. Official language of the Camp is English.

 The participants bear the following costs:

1. travel expenses to and from Russia;
2. fee 3500 rubles (approx. 80 Euro) per person (partly covers food and lodging, transfer to the camp). Fee should be cash and should be paid directly in the Camp.
3. In case you want to have an extra participant in your national group, you should pay the total cost of the Camp – 280 Euro.

The organizers pay for: 

• food and lodgment; 
• excursions; 
•  programme points.
  

We cannot cancel the places in the Camp after July 1, 2010. So the last date when participants can quit is June 30, 2010 and this information should be sent to us immediately, in this case the participants should pay only the cost of invitation and insurance (12 Euro) if we have already arranged an invitation for this participant. If the delegation on the moment of arrival is not full, each missing participant should pay the total cost of the Camp

Documents. To get a visa in the Russian Embassy in your country you are to get an official invitation from our local Ministry of International Affairs. Each participant in delegation should provide: full surname and name, sex, the date of birth, passport number with its issue and expiry dates. Except this we need passport photocopy by fax or e-mail. Please check the expiry date of the passports.

The official invitation will be made by Ministry of Education of Nizhny Novgorod region in the Ministry for International Affairs of Russian Federation and will be sent to the address you point in the application in the original by express-post.

Travel to the Camp:
Then there are different possibilities for your participants to travel to Nizhniy Novgorod:

1. by bus from Moscow to “Lazurny” which we can order for you (approximately 8 hours)
2. to fly to Nizhniy Novgorod from Moscow by Siberia airlines (www.s7.ru) or UTair (www.utair.ru) or CentreAvia (www.centreavia.ru) or Tatarstan-avia (www.avia-tatarstan.ru). Please check these possibilities in the Internet. In Nizhniy Novgorod organizers meet at the airport.
3. to go by train to Nizhniy Novgorod via Moscow or directly, to fly by Lufthansa via Frankfurt to Nizhniy Novgorod.

As for the departure – the last day of the Camp is August 2, 2010. The programme will finish after dinner and the departure from the Camp will be at night from August 2 to August 3, 2010. So you should book the train or flight tickets for August 3, 2010

Ежегодно в рамках соглашения о сотрудничестве между министерством образования Нижегородской области и организацией "Спортивная молодежь" земли Северный Рейн-Вестфалия проводятся международные молодежные смены на базе ГОУ ДОД ДСООЦ "Лазурный" с участием молодых людей из 14 стран мира. Основной идеей данных смен является идея мира и дружбы между представителями различных наций. В период с 21 июля по 3 августа 2010 года на базе детского центра "Лазурный" (Нижегородская область) состоится семнадцатая международная молодёжная смена "Лазурный-2010".

Наряду с нашими постоянными партнерами из Германии, Италии, Испании, Израиля, Финляндии, Китая, Латвии, Украины, Беларуси, Польши, Швеции, Китая, Сербии, Абхазии нам хотелось бы пригласить к участию в международной молодежной смене 2010 года представителей других стран, заинтересованных в данном проекте.

Мы рады пригласить к участию в смене 9 молодых людей в возрасте от 16 до 20 лет и одного руководителя (9+1). В делегации должно быть равное количество девушек и юношей. Кроме того, все участники должны обладать следующими качествами:

1. владение английским языком на достаточном коммуникативном уровне;
2. активная жизненная позиция;
3. творческое начало, навыки в спорте и искусстве.

Условия участия:
Все расходы, связанные с оплатой транспортных расходов до России и обратно, осуществляются за счет участников смены. Кроме того, каждый участник оплачивает регистрационный взнос в размере 3 500 рублей (80 Евро).

Все расходы, связанные с питанием, проживанием, экскурсионной программой и реализацией программы смены, осуществляются за счёт организаторов смены.

Каждый дополнительный участник должен оплатить полную стоимость пребывания в лагере – 280 Евро. Организаторы бронируют и вносят предоплату за проживание и питание участников смены в ГОУ ДОД ДСООЦ "Лазурный" на основании Ваших заявок.

Процедура оформления въездных документов:
Для своевременного оформления приглашения просим Вас представить нам следующие документы на каждого участника делегации: полное имя и фамилия, пол, дата рождения, номер заграничного паспорта с датой выдачи и окончания действия документа, фотокопию паспорта и страхового полиса. Просим Вас проверять дату окончания действия паспорта.

Прибытие в лагерь:
Мы просим Вас также решить вопрос прибытия Вашей делегации в лагерь и проинформировать нас по данному вопросу в срок до 10 мая 2010 года. Мы рекомендуем Вам продумать маршрут таким образом, чтобы делегация прибыла в Москву 20 июля 2010 года. Есть несколько возможностей переезда ваших делегаций в Нижний Новгород или детский центр "Лазурный":
1. трансфер автобусом из Москвы (8 часов) самолетом из Москвы в Нижний Новгород, где Вас встретят наши представители. 2. поездом до станции Навашино или до станции Горький-Московский, авиакомпанией Люфтганза через Франкфурт в Нижний Новгород, где Вас также встретят наши представители.
Заезд участников на территорию ДСООЦ "Лазурный" должен быть осуществлен 21 июля 2010 года до 12.00. Отъезд участников смены с территории центра будет осуществляться в ночь с 2 на 3 августа 2010 года. Необходимо предусмотреть вылет участников из Москвы 3 августа 2010 года после 12.00, из Нижнего Новгорода – в течение дня 3 августа 2010 года.
